1. An irresistible urge to utter obscenities, especially vulgar words and expressions pertaining to feces and defecation .

2. In psychiatry, the habitual use of foul, obscene or scatological language that may accompany certain mental disorders, such as schizophrenia or Tourette's syndrome.

3. Or: coprophrasia / erotolalia , using words that are considered obscene, usually during sex , to arouse or increase sexual excitement.
