detumescence:

1. Generally, the reduction or diminution of a swelling .

2. Or: detumescence-of-the-penis / detumescence-of-the-clitoris , the loss of erection; the return of an erect penis or clitoris to a flaccid state after orgasm . The cessation of sexual stimuli causes loss of vasocongestion and the rapid detumescence-of-the-penis within a few minutes; clitoral-detumescence on the other hand is somewhat slower requiring anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes.
