apotemnophilia:

Person erotically aroused from having a body part amputated, either by themselves or somebody else, by the memory of that amputation , or by the fantasy of being or becoming an amputee which may be accompanied by obsessional scheming to carry out an amputation or to obtain that surgery. Apotemnophilia is a paraphilia of the stigmatic/eligibilic type. The reciprocal paraphilic condition in which the partner is the amputee is acrotomophilia .
Etymology: From the Greek apo , away from, temnein , to cut , and philia , attachment .
