gynocentrism:

Female-oriented, -centered, -exclusiveness. Sexism , a neutral term, is discrimination on the basis of sex ; androcentrism means male-oriented , -centered, -exclusiveness and, by extension, male chauvinism. Sexual terminology is predominantly androcentric, though not always clearly phallocentric or patriarchal.
