procurer:

1. A person who procures clients for prostitutes, or vice-versa , in exchange for a percentage of her fees. See pimp for synonyms.

2. A person who induces, coerces, or deceives women, and sometimes men, into working for a brothel for which s/he receives a commission from the brothel-keeper .
