labia majora:
The two larger, outer lips of the vulva consisting of spongy (fatty) tissue extending from the mons pubis to the perineum and covering the labia-minora , clitoris , urethral-opening , and vaginal entrance. Just within the labia majora are the thinner, smaller labia-minora . Singular: labium-majus . SYNONYMS: major lips ; outer-labia ; outer lips (of the vagina or vulva); outer-vulvar-lips .
