Net & chat room acronym for What The Fuck! Defined in About.com 's Usenet glossary: 'This term is used to express confusion over another poster's message (as if to say, "What the hell are you talking about?") either because they aren't making themselves clear or because they have taken a side in an arguement that doesn't make any sense.' In the navy, I am told, they sometimes say it in code: Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.
