Or: PC-muscle / pubococcygeous-muscles / pubococcygeal-muscle , one of two muscles forming the floor of the pelvis; it stretches between the pubic bone in front to the tailbone in back ; it draws the anus toward the pubic-area when it contracts; it controls urine flow and contracts during orgasm . One way to strengthen this muscle is with Kegel exercises.
