A spindle- or phallic-shaped object preferably no longer than 4 inches (10 cm) (to avoid causing problems to the lower intestines) flanged or handled at the bottom (to prevent it from slipping out or being sucked in) designed to completely fill the anus and stimulate the prostate and press against the inner vaginal wall; especially appreciated in sadomasochism.
